A Little Bit About Me
I am a 19 year old hijabi who works in retail and am finishing my A-levels. Most people hear that I am looking for marriage and the first question they tend to ask me is what have you done that your family don’t want you anymore Han? Allow me to put your minds to rest, the answer to this question is nothing, I would like to get married young as I would like to get to know and enjoy my husband before I am forced to start popping out children. I would also like to get married young to save me from all the fitnah around me.
I come from a well respected and respectful household and have been taught all of my life that you should treat others the way in which you wish to be treated.
I am quite fun loving, jokey, a tease and playful yet being the eldest of 4 children, I also know when to be serious and am able to deal well with serious situations.
My grandparents have taught me with great pride how to cook and I take pleasure in taking care of people especially with my cooking!
All throughout my life my grandmother has given me advice lovingly as to how a wife should be (as Asian families tend to do starting from the day a girl takes her first steps haha). She has told me and I quote directly “ You should study your husband. In order to be a successful wife, you should know what your husband needs before even he realises what he needs, this will nurture respect between you two which will eventually become fondness and love” and even “You should treat your in-laws as if they are your family as it will make yours and your husbands lives easier.... also we don’t want you so they’re all you have left”
